I wonder how many people talk to themselves in the mirror? I’m guessing that a lot do not look themselves in their eyes–just at their hair, teeth, etc… How much more can be experienced there!

I especially loved your graphic of all the hearts of various sizes flowing out to the tiny as well as to the huge things/people in our lives. I also appreciated the reminder: “provided you’ve planted a few reminders in your living space to help you constantly recall your firm intention to follow through with it, if that is your choice!” I’m going to set up a few more of those–I already have a few bells on my phone ring to remind me to ask if “I’m mindful?” through the day, and chimes hanging from two doorways. I’ll now think of more. 🙂
