By purchasing a ticket for the Master Key Experience Live Event in Kansas City, Missouri, attendees acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
- 1Event Venue: The Master Key Experience Live Event in Kansas City, Missouri, is subject to venue availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or venue changes, ticket holders will be duly notified, and alternative arrangements may be provided.
- 2Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific Master Key Experience Live Event in Kansas City, Missouri for which they are purchased. They are non-transferable to other events and may not be resold without explicit written consent from the organizers.
- 3Ticket Refunds:
- If ticket purchase is 90 days BEFORE 1st day of event - 50% refundable.
- If ticket purchase is 60 days BEFORE 1st day of event - NON-REFUNDABLE - 4Refunds are only be issued in the case of event cancellation, and refund requests must be submitted within the specified time frame as outlined by the organizers.
- 5Entry Requirements: Attendees must have valid ticket, and may be subject to security checks upon entry. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any attendee for reasons such as non-compliance with event policies or disruptive behavior.
- 6Program Changes: The event program, including speakers, sessions, and activities, is subject to change. While the organizers will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes in advance, they are not liable for any last-minute alterations to the schedule.
- 7Local Regulations: Attendees are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to the Master Key Experience Live Event in Kansas City, Missouri. The organizers are not liable for any consequences arising from the failure to adhere to these regulations.
- 8Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Participants in MKE Live Kansas City are hereby informed all materials, whether provided in written, visual, or any other format during the event, are strictly for personal use and reference.
Reproduction, distribution, or any form of replication of the materials, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video content, is expressly prohibited without the explicit written consent of MKE Live Kansas City organizers. This prohibition applies to both physical and digital reproduction and extends to any derivative works created based on the materials presented.
Participants are urged to respect the intellectual property rights of the organizers and any third-party contributors, and any unauthorized reproduction may result in legal action. By participating in MKE Live KC, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
