The prolonged form is called dancing which I very much enjoy. It is a language of its own and like hugging is understood without a word. The intention coming from the heart as you say is KEY. There are distinctions with hugging as well, like heart to heart, where your left ears look at each other. Bring it on, looking forward to hugging you guys at the event. Mahalo, G

Just being totally aware of the kindness I see all day every day has opened my eyes wide to how wonderful people really are! RAK.. We live in a sea of loving-kindness, which too oft is hidden in plain view, unless, until
we turn the attention of hearts and minds to it, suddenly realizing kindnesses are all around us, present in each and every transaction and interaction, for we receive that which we give.
Loving-kindness is the hard wiring of our hearts to God and to one another.
