I had difficulty visualising, partly because of misplaced perfectionism around previous visualisation achievements (hah!), partly because I have tried so hard to be satisfied with what I have got/achieved/seen/realised. Looking around and disowning everything I had worked hard to ‘own’ has been the breakthrough for me. None of it belongs to me.

I thought what I was feeling was frustration and some anger. What it really is, is fear. Big tears when I realized that. It’s so easy to be afraid that the outcome will be the same as in the past and dreams will get mothballed again.
