Thanks for the excellent insight Mark. You really picked a perfect topic to post. This is the thing that has been foremost for me this week. http://mksystem.com.au/morning-meditation-progress I am really starting to appreciate both the frustrations and the value of this exercise.

Thanks Mark.
It is great to hear that YOU struggled with this as some of us can relate. I have been feeling that I must avoid all "red pencil marks" during our journey here. Now I am relieved to know that getting some small results are like taking small steps, as long as they are in the right direction, will continue to move you toward your desires.
Thanks,
Jim Bailly

Thanks for sharing Mark. It is always encouraging to hear how others respond to the exercise.

I'm not sure I'm had the total blank connection yet but the peace & clarity that comes out of that 15 minutes is really amazing.

Than I use it before I go to sleep. I will keep practicing.
I can now relax my nerves. Can't believe I didn't get that one before.

Next week I'll respond with video as well.
Thanks to you and Davene along with the MKMMMA Team.

Great blog Mark. Sitting still for a period of time with a blank mind is a difficult thing to do. Years ago an old friend of mine gave me a tip on how to do this. Focus your mind on a single object. It does work. I done this for years to get a burst of energy or clear my mind for a certain task I was working on. And as You always say,Believe.

Thank you so much for the observations you make on the week 2 mental exercise. I don't feel so bad at having got partial results. However, week one was really easy.

But I am struggling with w3 but I will keep keeping on

Thank you again
